品管圈活动提高药师对药品说明书熟知率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察品管圈活动提高药师对药品说明书熟知率的效果。方法根据品管圈活动的步骤开展品管圈活动,对比活动前后药师对药品说明书的熟知率。结果经过6个月的品管圈活动,药师对药品说明书的熟知率由80.5%提升至93.2%,目标达标率为114.7%;圈员的综合素质能力均有提高;增强了医嘱开具的规范性;每季度处方干预数由0.3万条增加至1.24万条;每天可节约患者等候时间5.8 h;每年可节约人力资源成本约2.6万元。结论品管圈是一种新型管理工具,是药品"零加成"医改政策中药师转型的有力推手,值得持续推广和应用。Objective To observe the effect of quality control circle activities in improving the pharmacist′s knowledge of drug instruction.Methods The quality control circle were carried out according to the steps of the quality control circle,to compare the pharmacists′familiarity with the drug specifications before and after the quality control circle.Results Through 6 months of quality control circle activities,the pharmacist′s familiarity rate with the drug instruction increased from 80.5%to 93.2%,and the target compliance rate was 114.7%;the comprehensive quality of the circlers was improved;the standardization of medical orders was improved;the number of prescription interventions per quarter increased from 3000 to 12400;saved 5.8 hours of the daily waiting time for patients and reduced the annual human resource cost about 26000 yuan.Conclusion The quality control circle is a new type of management tool.It is a powerful driving force for the transformation of pharmacists in the"zero-plus"medical reform policy for drugs.It is worthy of continuous promotion and application.
