Contents and Stocks of Total Nitrogen and Microbial Biomass Nitrogen in Soils of Drained Wetlands Near Dongying Port

摘  要:以东营港附近的排水湿地为研究区,于2013年8月8日,自海向陆方向,在裸地、盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)盐沼、柽柳(Tamarix chinensis)盐沼和芦苇(Phragmites australis)盐沼中,分别设置了1处采样地,采集0~60 cm深度的土壤样品,测定土壤中全氮和微生物量氮含量,并计算出土壤中的全氮和微生物量氮储量。研究结果表明,裸地、盐地碱蓬盐沼、柽柳盐沼和芦苇盐沼0~60 cm深度土壤全氮质量比分别为0.04~0.23 g/kg、0.17~0.23 g/kg、0.09~0.23 g/kg和0.13~0.27 g/kg,微生物量氮质量比分别为5.20~11.46 mg/kg、4.09~8.95 mg/kg、1.89~5.21 mg/kg和2.59~16.56 mg/kg;4处采样地0~60 cm深度土壤全氮储量分别为55.37~269.58 kg/hm^2、213.71~310.19 kg/hm^2、102.93~277.57 kg/hm^2和165.97~325.00 kg/hm^2,微生物量氮储量分别为7.35~15.51kg/hm^2、5.54~11.85 kg/hm^2、2.28~6.13 kg/hm^2和2.89~19.98 kg/hm^2;在水平方向上,裸地和柽柳盐沼土壤中全氮含量和全氮储量低于盐地碱蓬盐沼和芦苇盐沼;在垂直方向上,裸地和柽柳盐沼土壤中的全氮和微生物量氮主要累积在40~60 cm深度,盐地碱蓬盐沼和芦苇盐沼土壤中的全氮和微生物量氮主要累积在0~30 cm深度。The drained wetlands near Dongying Port were selected as the study area, and sampling sites from sea to land including bare land, Suaeda salsa salt marsh, Tamarix chinensis salt marsh, and Phragmites australis salt marsh were selected as the sampling sites. Soil samples of 0-60 cm depth were collected in the 4 sampling sites on August 8, 2013. Contents of total nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen were measured and stocks of total nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen were calculated. The results showed that contents of total nitrogen in the soils of bare land, Suaeda salsa salt marsh, Tamarix chinensis salt marsh, and Phragmites australis salt marsh were 0.04-0.23 g/kg, 0.17-0.23 g/kg, 0.09-0.23 g/kg and 0.13-0.27 g/kg, and contents of soil microbial biomass nitrogen were 5.20-11.46 mg/kg, 4.09-8.95 mg/kg, 1.89-5.21 mg/kg and 2.59-16.56 mg/kg.Stocks of total nitrogen in the 4 sampling sites were 55.37-269.58 kg/hm^2, 213.71-310.19 kg/hm^2, 102.93-277.57 kg/hm^2 and 165.97-325.00 kg/hm^2, and stocks of microbial biomass nitrogen were 7.35-15.51 kg/hm^2,5.54-11.85 kg/hm^2, 2.28-6.13 kg/hm^2 and 2.89-19.98 kg/hm^2. Total nitrogen contents and total nitrogen stocks in the soils of bare land and Tamarix chinensis salt marsh were lower than those in Suaeda salsa salt marsh and Phragmites australis salt marsh in the horizontal direction. In the vertical direction, total nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen were mainly accumulated in the soil layers of 40-60 cm in bare land and Tamarix chinensis salt marsh, while total nitrogen and microbial biomass nitrogen were mainly accumulated in the soil layers of 0-30 cm in Suaeda salsa salt marsh and Phragmites australis salt marsh.
