摘 要:试验研究了2219铝合金 582 mm圆铸锭铸造过程中易产生晶粒粗大问题。试验结果表明:将保温炉内熔体的w(Ti)含量控制在0.02%,w(Zr)控制在0.12%~0.14%,对铸锭的晶粒度有明显改善;炉料采用Al 99.70铝锭、增大Al-Ti-B丝添加量,从而增加了熔体中的异质形核数量;通过适当地降低铸造速度,增加过冷度,更有利于形成细小的等轴晶,抑制柱状晶的生长。An experimental study was conducted on the coarse grain problem of 2219 aluminum alloy billet( 582 mm).The test results show that the grain size of billet is significantly improved when the Ti content of melt in the holding furnace is controlled at 0.02%and the Zr content is controlled at 0.12%-0.14%.The Al 99.70 aluminum ingots are used as the charge and the addition of Al-Ti-B rod is increased,thus the number of heterogeneous nucleation is increased in the melt.It is more liable to form fine equiaxial crystal and inhibit the growth of columnar crystal by decreasing casting speed and increasing supercooling in proper extent.
