摘　　要：目的:评价《帕金森病认识程度问卷》(Parkinson disease knowledge questionnaire)在中国的适宜性,提供一种提高帕金森病干预措施针对性的工具。方法:系统翻译《帕金森病认识程度问卷》并修订成中文版初稿,并用其调查某教学医院91例帕金森病患者,根据项目分析、同质性检验结果调整初稿,形成中文版《帕金森病认识程度问卷》。检验中文版《帕金森病认识程度问卷》的内部信度与结构效度,并比较不同年龄段、性别、病程、教育程度的患者得分差异。结果:中文版《帕金森病认识程度问卷》共包含15项条目,3个维度。总问卷Cronbach’sα为0.779,3个维度的Cronbach’sα为0.472~0.684。验证性因素分析显示:χ^2=94.908,df=85,χ^2/df=1.117,CFI=0.925,IFI=0.932,TLI=0.909,PGFI=0.622,RMSEA=0.043。除条目13外,其余条目的标准因子载荷均大于0.4。中文版《帕金森病认识程度问卷》对不同教育程度、年龄段、病程的患者区分度较好(P<0.05),性别对认识程度无影响(P>0.05)。结论:中文版《帕金森病认识程度问卷》总体信效度可接受,可用于中国PD患者人群。Objective:To evaluate the applicability of the Parkinson disease knowledge questionnaire(PDKQ)in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)in China and to provide a tool to make the interventions in PD patients more targeted.Methods:Translation and cross-cultural debugging were conducted to form the preliminary Chinese version of PDKQ,with which 90 patients with PD in a teaching hospital were surveyed.According to item analysis and homogeneity test,the Chinese version of PDKQ was formed,for which internal reliability,structural validity and discriminant validity were analyzed.Results:3 dimensions consisting of 15 items formed the Chinese version of PDKQ.The overall Cronbach’sαwas 0.767.The Cronbach’sαof the three dimensions ranged from 0.472 to 0.684.The results of confirmatory factor analysis were as follows:χ^2=94.908,df=85,χ^2/df=1.117,CFI=0.925,IFI=0.932,TLI=0.909,PGFI=0.622,RMSEA=0.043.Apart from item 13,all items’factor loadings exceeded 0.4.The knowledge level was associated with educational level,age and duration of disease(P<0.05).Gender had no influence on the knowledge level regarding PD(P=0.523).Conclusion:The Chinese version of PDKQ could be applied in Chinese PD patients with acceptable reliability and validity.
