摘  要:低聚果糖作为典型的益生元和优良的水溶性膳食纤维,是一种符合当代健康理念的新型糖原,广泛存在于多种水果、蔬菜中。低聚果糖具有多种生物活性,在疾病预防和治疗中具有重要作用。文章主要对低聚果糖作为双歧杆菌的有效的增殖因子,改善肠道菌群,抑制肠内腐败菌的生长,通肠润便,促进矿物质的吸收,防止龋齿,降低血液中脂质和胆固醇的含量,增强机体免疫力等方面的研究进展进行综述。Fructo-oligosaccharide( FOS) is a typical prebiotic and excellent water-soluble dietary fiber,which contains in multiform fruits and vegetables,and a new glycogen conforming to the contemporary health concept. FOS has a variety of biological activities and plays an important role in prevention and treatment of diseases. The research progress of these aspects( such as including a proliferation factor of bifidobacteria,and regulating of intestinal microflora balance,inhibiting the generation of intestinal rotten substance,increasing the mineral absorption and releasing defecation,reducing the level of lipids and cholesterol in blood,preventing of dental caries,enhancing immunity and so on) was mainly reviewed.
