摘　　要：目的:分析420 nm强脉冲光联合小败毒膏治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的效果。方法:选取就诊于笔者所在门诊并确诊为结节囊肿性痤疮患者100例,随机分为治疗组(420 nm强脉冲光联合小败毒膏方案)和对照组(420 nm强脉冲光),对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗第2、4、6周末,治疗组总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:420 nm强脉冲光联合小败毒膏治疗结节囊肿性痤疮效果显著,值得进一步研究和推广使用。Objective: To analyze the curative effect of 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with Xiaobaidu Cream in the treatment of nodular cystic acne. Method: A total of 100 patients diagnosed with nodular cystic acne who had been admitted to the outpatient department of the author were randomly divided into the treatment group(420 nm intense pulsed light combined with Xiaobaidu Cream scheme) and the control group(420 nm intense pulsed light), and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group at the end of the second, fourth and sixth week, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with Xiaobaidu Cream is significant in the treatment of nodular cystic acne, which is worthy of further study and promotion.
