粮食主产区土地流转模式探索实践与分析——基于粮食龙头企业土地流转示范田的启示

摘　　要：中粮贸易内蒙古有限公司为充分发挥龙头企业的带动作用,于2018年开展了土地流转种植业务。采用"先试点、后推广"分步推进的方式,结合区域周边的资源条件和种植结构,开展土地流转规模化种植玉米试点912亩。实践证明,经过合理施肥、规范化耕种、籽粒直收机收割等农业科技环节,节约了成本费用,增加了经济效益,粮食产量有了明显提高。种植投入较往年增加150元/亩左右,净收益增加66元/亩。研究认为,龙头企业通过打造自己的农业品牌,以点带面、长期大面积开展土地流转,促进土地规模化、集约化种植,可有效提高粮食生产能力,增加了农民收入,更好地服务地方农业,推动农业产业化进一步发展。As the leading corporation in the market, COFCO TRADING INNER MONGOLIA LTD. introduced the land transfer plantation program since 2018. By the way of "experimentation precedes popularization",after examining local resources, environmental conditions for plantation, and current plantation structure, the program experimented land transfer planation for maize on an area of 912 mu land. It shows that, with balanced fertiliza-tion, standardized cultivation and the usage of Transverse Kernel Combine in reaping stage, it will reduce cost,improve efficiency of work and increase grain yield significantly, planting investment input has increased by 150 RMB/mu compared with previous years, and net income increased by 66 RMB/mu.The study concludes that the leading corporation in the market should create their own agriculture product,imply land transfer plantation on a larger scale and in a long period. This would promote land scalability and in-tensified planting, improve grain quality, as well as increases local farmer ’s income. Thus, benefit the agriculture industry industrialization in the long term.
