英国足球人才培养对中国足球教育的启示

摘　　要："足球进入校园"已经成为中国教育发展的重要组成部分,但是,如何培养出高水平的足球人才和利用足球项目促进教育的全面发展,也成为中国教育面临的全新课题。作为世界足球大国的英国,不仅构建了庞大的足球人才培养和训练比赛体系,而且将其有效地渗透到各级教育之中,使足球成为教育和社会发展的重要推动力。中国教育界不仅要关注足球的发展,更要致力于将足球与教育、国力、社会公平等方面的发展充分结合,构建合理的足球发展体系,为国家长期稳定发展提供坚实的基础。"Soccer into the campus"has become an important part of the development of education in China,but how to cultivate high-level football talents and use football projects to promote the overall development of education has also become a new subject facing Chinese education.As a great football country in the world,Britain has not only built a huge football talent training system and training competition system,but also has effectively infiltrated it into all levels of education,making soccer an important driving force for education and social development.China’s education sector should not only pay attention to the development of soccer,but also should devote itself to the full combination of soccer and education,national strength,social equity and other aspects of development,build a reasonable soccer development system,and provide a solid foundation for the long-term stable development of the country.
