摘　　要：县域医共体是基层医疗资源整合的重要形式,但其运行面临非共生态的困境。在短期内难以突破产权障碍的前提下,文章运用生物学中的共生理论,从共生单元、共生关系和共生环境角度探索县域医共体的制度建设。基于共生单元对成员单位进行优劣势分析,基于共生关系建立医共体利益协调机制,基于共生环境发现并突破医共体发展的外部壁垒,从而实现县域医共体成员单位间的协同发展。County medical community is an important form of integration of primary medical resources, but its operation is facing the dilemma of non-symbiosis. On the premise that it is difficult to break through the property rights barrier in a short time, this paper uses the symbiosis theory in biology to explore the system construction of county medical community from the perspectives of symbiotic unit, symbiotic relationship and symbiotic environment. Based on the symbiotic unit, the advantages and disadvantages of the member units are analyzed, the benefit coordination mechanism of the medical community is established based on the symbiotic relationship, and the external barriers to the development of the medical community are found and broken through based on the symbiotic environment,thus to achieve the coordinated development of county medical community member units.
