摘　　要：文章在介绍全国部分地区基本公共卫生服务项目中预防接种绩效考核工作的基础上,总结了考核工作存在的问题:部分考核指标如接种率真实性及适用性问题、建卡率被忽略、部分评分标准宽严不适度、日常考核和接种安全指标有缺失等;考核指标与实际工作相比覆盖面偏低、考核的局限性影响考核效果、考核的导向性不利于考核指标未覆盖工作的落实。建议完善、充实相应指标,根据地域差异制定、细化考核指标并提高覆盖面,发挥绩效考核平台与疾控考核指标的优势,整合资源,切实发挥考核的导向作用。On the basis of introducing the performance assessment of vaccination in basic public health service projects in some areas of China, the paper summarizes the existing problems in the assessment, including the authenticity and applicability of such assessment indicator as vaccination rate, the neglected card registration rate, the inadequacy of some scoring standards, the lack of routine assessment and vaccination safety indicators, etc. Compared with the actual work, the coverage of the assessment indicators is low, the limitations of the assessment affect the assessment results, and the guidance of the assessment is not conducive to the implementation of the work that the assessment indicators do not cover. It is suggested to improve and enrich the corresponding indicators, formulate and refine assessment indicators according to regional differences and improve coverage, give full play to the advantages of performance assessment platform and disease control assessment indicators, integrate resources, and effectively play the guiding role of assessment.
