摘　　要："三位一体"新型军事人才培养体系是我军未来作战人才培养的主要模式。针对军事职业教育中新装备新技术等操作与运用类课程特点,瞄准装备指挥与操作类人员岗位能力提升需求,基于计算机建模仿真和网络通信技术,研究构建适用于远程教育模式的新装备模拟训练系统,基于该系统在军事职业教育教学中探索并应用模拟训练法,能有效提高相关岗位人员新装备新技术操作运用水平,进而达到"三位一体"人才培养体系中军事职业教育之目的。The"trinity"new military personnel training system is the main mode for the training of our military’s future combat personnel. Aiming at the characteristics of operation and application courses of new equipment and new technologies in military vocational education,aiming at the ability of equipment command and operation personnel to enhance the ability of the position,based on computer modeling and simulation and network communication technology,research and construct new equipment simulation suitable for distance education mode The training system,based on the system to explore and apply the simulation training method in military vocational education,can effectively improve the operation and application level of new equipment and new technology of relevant posts,and then achieve the purpose of military vocational education in the "three-in-one" talent training system.
