摘　　要：基于近几年海事院校海事管理专业学生的就业现状,借助SWOT分析法,分析了海洋强国战略给海事管理专业毕业生就业带来的机遇与挑战,以及海事管理专业学生自身的优势和劣势;根据分析提出了相应的对策,以期改善当下海事管理专业学生的培养质量,提高就业竞争力。Based on the employment situation of maritime management major students in maritime colleges in recent years, with SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by maritime power strategy to the employment of maritime management major graduates, and the advantages and disadvantages of the maritime management major students themselves. Some countermeasures are proposed according to the analysis, to improve the quality of the current maritime management major students, so as to improve employment competitiveness.
