国医大师刘尚义治疗癌前病变“既病防变”思想探析

摘　　要：文章探讨了国医大师刘尚义教授基于癌症发病的特点以及癌症是可以预防的观点,将中医"治未病"之"既病防变"理念引入癌前病变的治疗中。从"截断病势"以及"先安未受邪之地"两个方面入手,防止癌前病变癌变。提出对癌前病变应在早期诊断的基础上,进行积极主动的治疗,以攻为主,截断病势,并强调用药应及时、准确得当。然后,根据五脏之间的关系以及经络传变规律等对尚未受邪而病邪将会传及之处预先顾护,建立起多层面多角度的防癌变措施。刘教授还重视致癌生物学因素的治疗,引西润中,有效防止了癌前病变癌变。彰显"大医‘治未病’"特色。Based on the characteristics of cancer and the view that cancer can be prevented, professor LIU Shang-yi, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, introduced the concept of ‘preventing the disease from exacerbating’ into the treatment of precancerous lesions. To prevent precancerous lesions from becoming cancerous, we should start with ‘cutting off the disease’ and ‘strengthen the place where was not harmed by evil’. First of all, he proposed that the precancerous lesions should be treated actively on the basis of early diagnosis, with the attack as the main method to cut off the situation, and emphasized that the medication should be timely and accurate. Then, according to the relationship between the five zang viscera and the regularity of the meridian transmission, pre-care was given to the places where the disease and pathogen have not yet been infected, and multilevel and multi-angle anti-canceration measures were established. In addition, he also paid attention to the treatment of biological factors of carcinogenesis and combined with western medicine to effectively prevent the canceration of precancerous lesions. It highlighted the characteristics of ‘preventive treatment of disease by famous doctors’.
