摘　　要：文章论述了国医大师熊继柏教授辨病机概念、意义、关键以及辨病位与病性的方法。包括运用阴阳五行的理论、藏象理论、病机十九条、四诊合参、经络循行规律、疾病传变规律、借助西医诊断、依据经典理论、根据疾病的主要特征等来辨病位、病性。TCM master XIONG Ji-bo, a master of Chinese medicine, mainly talk about the concept, significance, key points of pathogenesis differentiation and the methods of disease location and disease nature differentiation. It includes the use of five-phase theory, yin and yang theory, visceral manifestation theory, nineteen pathogenesis, comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods, running course of channel rules, disease transmission rules, the help of western diagnosis, classical theory and the main features of disease to differentiate the location and nature of disease.
