温肾助阳法治疗儿童难治性癫痫的若干思考

摘　　要：儿童难治性癫痫多表现为两大特点:一为顽痰留滞经脉不易剔除则癫痫发作反复不已;二是顽痰阻于清窍多伴有神痴呆傻。其根本原因在于久病及肾,肾阳衰疲,气化失司,顽痰内伏。多由于小儿先天禀赋不足、元气不充、癫痫久发频发等原因戕害了儿童的生生之气,日久伤阳,肾阳衰疲则炉中无火,无法鼓动全身阳气的气化功能障碍,则痰液留着而形成顽痰,祛而复生,胶结不化。其治疗关键在于温肾助阳,豁痰定痫。要重视温肾助阳药物在儿童难治性癫痫治疗中的作用研究。Chidren refractory epilepsy has two important charactersitcs, the first is that repeated convulsions because of dense phlegm retented in meridians is not easy to eliminate, the other is mental retardation beacuse of the dense phlegm obstruction in Qing cavity. The fundmental cause is aeipathia damaged yang of kidney, dysfuction of qi lead to the retention of dense phlegm. The main reasons are insufficiency of natural endowment, deficiency primordial qi and frequently seizures hampered the development and growth of children, the yang of kidney deficiency with the retention of dense phlgem wich is easy to rescuration and hard to remove. At the same time, it is greatly affect the gowth and development of epilpsy in children, espacially for the development of brain that focus on the cognitive retardation and stuborn sezuires. So that, the treatment discipline is warming kidney and enhancing yang, eliminating phlegm and anticolusion, espcially pays more attentions on the warm-heated herbs on the refratory epilepsy in children.
