齐元富治疗大肠癌常用药对及病案举隅

摘　　要：齐元富教授从医数十载,治疗大肠癌经验丰富,临床取得满意疗效。文章归纳齐元富教授治疗大肠癌常用药对:陈皮与半夏、山药与薏苡仁、郁金与莪术、蛇莓与白英、白花蛇舌草与半枝莲,结合现代医学研究结果,对相关药物进行机制分析。同时列举典型病案1例,深入分析患者病情变化及用药规律,以总结齐元富教授用药经验,为临床治疗大肠癌提供更多的用药依据与指导。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in China, the morbidity and mortality increased significantly in recent years. Professor QI Yuan-fu has rich experience in the treatment of colorectal cancer and the clinical curative effect is satisfactory. This article summarized commonly used couplet medicines of professor QI in the treatment of colorectal cancer: Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Semen Coicis, Radix Curcumae and Rhizoma Curcumae, Herba Duchesnea Indica and Herba Solani as well as Herba Hedyotis and Herba Scutellariae Barbatae. The mechanisms of related drugs were analyzed by combining with the results of modern medical research. A typical medical record was listed to do a in-depth analysis of the patient’s condition changes and the law of medication, in order to summarize the experience of professor QI Yuan-fu, hoping to provide more evidence and guidance for medication in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer.
