中医药调节肠道紧密连接的研究

摘　　要：肠道通透性对人体的健康有着重要的作用,其状态与肠黏膜屏障的完整性有直接的关系。肠道紧密连接属于肠黏膜屏障的重要结构,与4种蛋白密切相关,分别为Occludin、ZO、Claudin、Zonulin蛋白,在维持肠道通透性方面起着关键的作用;中医药对肠道通透性的研究尚处于探索阶段,主要集中在各种炎症性肠病及其他慢性伴有肠道并发症疾病。文章就近年来中医药调节肠道紧密连接相关蛋白及对肠道通透性的影响作一综述,以期为中医药治疗肠道相关疾病提供新思路。Intestinal permeability plays an important role in human health, and its state is directly related to the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier. Intestinal tight junction is an important structure of the intestinal mucosal barrier, which is closely related to four proteins, such as Occludin, ZO, Claudin and Zonulin, and plays a key role in maintaining intestinal permeability. The study of TCM on intestinal permeability is still in the exploratory stage, mainly focusing on various inflammatory bowel diseases and other chronic diseases with intestinal complications. This paper reviewed the effects of TCM on the regulation of intestinal tight junction related proteins and intestinal permeability in recent five years, which was expected to provide new ideas for the treatment of intestinal diseases by TCM.
