摘　　要：目的探索原发性肝癌患者外周血中VEGF mRNA和EMMPRIN mRNA在肝癌早期转移监测中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR法对16例肝癌不伴转移患者,16例肝癌伴转移患者和16例健康对照外周血单个核细胞中VEGF和EMMPRIN mRNA的表达情况进行检测。结果以健康对照组基因表达量为基准值,VEGF在肝癌无转移组和肝癌转移组中的相对表达量分别为2.44±0.47和5.78±0.41,EMMPRIN为4.21±1.06和7.34±1.26。健康对照组与肝癌无转移组、健康对照组与肝癌转移组、肝癌无转移组与肝癌转移组中VEGF和EMMPRIN mRNA的表达差异均有统计学意义,P值均<0.05。结论联合检测肝癌患者外周血中VEGF和EMMPRIN mRNA对肝癌的早期转移监测具有一定的应用价值。Objective To explore the role of VEGF and EMMPRIN mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer in monitoring the early metastasis of liver cancer.Methods The mRNA expressions of VEGF and EMMPRIN in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 16 patients with liver cancer without metastasis,16 liver cancer patients with metastasis and 16 healthy controls were detected by RT-PCR.Results The expression levels of VEGF in the two groups were 2.44±0.47 and 5.78±0.41,and the EMMPRIN was 4.21±1.06 and 7.34±1.26,respectively.The mRNA expressions of VEGF and EMMPRIN in the healthy control group and the non-metastasis group,the healthy control group and the metastasis group,and the non-metastasis group and the metastasis group were statistically significant,with P values all less than 0.05.Conclusion The combined detection of VEGF and EMMPRIN mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with liver cancer has certain application value in early metastasis monitoring of liver cancer.
