摘　　要：决定企业规模和发展的物质基础是资金,大学生创业要解决的首要问题就是如何获得创业资金。大学生虽然有创业的激情和斗志,但缺乏创业的素质和技能,使得融资渠道狭窄,风险意识薄弱,风险大成为筹集资金的阻碍。针对此问题,通过搜集文献资料和调查问卷的形式,统计、分析和归纳其存在的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。The material basis for determining the size and development of an enterprise is capital.The primary problem for college students to solve is how to obtain venture capital.Although college students have the enthusiasm and morale to start a business,they lack the quality and skills of entrepreneurship,making the financing channels narrow and the risk awareness weak.Risk has become a barrier to raising funds.This topic aims at these aspects of the problem,through the collection of literature and questionnaire form,gets statistics,analysis and induction of its reasons for existence,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
