摘　　要：现有研究表明高管政治关联会对企业价值产生影响,但是政治关联是否可以影响社会责任进而会影响企业价值仍存在争议。以中国沪深A股上市公司2007-2016年数据为样本,基于社会责任理论考察了企业社会责任、高管政治关联、企业价值的关系。研究发现企业社会责任和企业价值产生正相关关系;高管的政治关联会提高社会责任和企业价值敏感性,并且这种敏感性在法律制度薄弱的地区表现更加明显。Existing studies show that the political association of senior executives will have an impact on corporate performance but whether political association can affect social responsibility and corporate performance is still controversial. Therefore, taking the data of China’s A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2016 as the sample, the theory of social responsibility as the base, this paper examines the relationship among corporate social responsibility, executive political association and corporate value. The research finds that corporate social responsibility and corporate value have a positive correlation;political connections among senior executives increase sensitivity to social responsibility and corporate values, and this sensitivity is especially evident in regions with weak legal systems.
