传统武术“向里用力”的文化内涵及当代价值

摘　　要：文章以传统武术为研究对象,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,探讨"向里用力"在传统武术物质层、制度层、精神层的映射。研究目的在于从文化学角度探求传统武术的体悟教化,从而丰富传统武术的理论建构。体现出传统武术"向里用力"的文化内涵有着"强化个人意志、丰富精神世界;深化伦理之情、构建和谐家园;约束自我行为、助长社会正能量"的当代文化价值,这种价值是坚定"文化自信"道路上不可缺少的一部分。Taking the traditional wushu(martial arts) as the research object, this paper discusses the mapping of "forcing endeavoring inwards" in the material, institutional and spiritual levels of traditional wushu through using literature review and logical analysis. The purpose of this study is to explore the enlightenment and education of traditional wushu from the perspective of culture so as to enrich the theoretical construction of wushu. The cultural connotation of "forcing endeavoring inwards " in traditional wushu embodies the contemporary cultural value of "strengthening individual will, enriching spiritual world;deepening ethical feelings, building a harmonious homeland;restraining self-behavior and promoting positive social energy", and they are the indispensable part of the way to firm the "cultural self-confidence".
