摘 要:人体若长期进行不对称的运动,会导致肌力失衡,危害人体健康。因此,运用"阴阳平衡"的理论,找到健身气功·八段锦每式动作中的"阴阳平衡",从而使练习者肌力平衡并达到最佳的练习效果。采用的方法为文献资料法。结果表明,健身气功·八段锦的每一式动作都能够找到两点之间的"劲力对拉",即符合中国传统医学"阴阳平衡"的理论。因此得出结论,在练习健身气功·八段锦时,运用"阴阳平衡"理论,能够更好地发挥健身气功·八段锦的健身功效,从而达到强身健体、养生康复、益寿延年之目的。A long-term asymmetric exercise will lead to imbalance of muscle strength and will threaten practitioners’ health condition. By using the theory of "Yin-Yang balance", the "Yin-Yang balance"in each movement of health qigong (deep-breathing exercises that can cultivate one’s heart and nature)·baduanjin (eight trigrams boxing)can be found, in order to balance the muscular strength of the practitioners and achieve the best practice effect. Through literature review, the study result indicates that every movement of health qigong·baduanjin can find the "force to pull"between the two points, which is in line with the theory of "YinYang balance"in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, it is concluded that when practicing health qigong·baduanjin, the theory of "Yin-Yang balance" can better exert its fitness effect, to achieve the goal of strengthening the body, maintaining health, recovering, and prolonging life.
