摘 要:假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)的多个种均能造成多种食用菌子实体褐变及腐烂,是食用菌栽培中的主要细菌性病害的病原菌,给食用菌栽培带来极大损失。从云南一家栽培场发生褐变和腐烂的平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)及杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)子实体中分离得到细菌病原菌株2株。经分析2株病原菌的16S rDNA序列完全一致,表明它们为同一物种。其16S rDNA序列在GeneBank中blastn分析显示与假单胞菌属菌种较为相似,有最高为99.56%的相似性。聚类结果表明该菌与常见的病原菌托拉斯假单胞菌(Pseudomonas tolaasii Paine)为不同种,后续需要进行生理生化实验以确定其在假单胞菌属中的分类地位,该种的鉴定为食用菌病害的防治研究奠定重要的基础。Some species of Pseudomonas,causing brown blotch disease of cultivating edible fungi,are thought as the major bacterial pathogens to fungi cultivation and bring about significant production losses.In this study,two bacterial pathogen strains were isolated from a fungi cultivation farm in Yunnan province,which made Pleurotus ostreatus and P.eryngii fruiting bodies browning and decay.The strictly same 16S rDNA sequences of these two pathogen strains indicated that they were the same species,and the sequence analyzed in GeneBank database showed high similarity with that of Pseudomonas,reaching the highest level of 99.56%.The cluster result showed it differed from the common pathogen P.tolaasii,and the next physiological and biochemical test to identify its status for providing an important basis for treatment of edible fungi pathogens.
