摘 要:近年来,由于对食用菌需求的不断增加,食用菌市场的竞争随之日趋激烈。目前,食用菌种植、加工、销售的各环节以小作坊形式为主,其特点主要表现为规模小,且分布不集中,不利于食用菌产业的可持续发展,也会影响其发展速度与效率。通过分析食用菌养殖户垂直合作模式的影响因素,阐述了食用菌养殖户之间的合作关系,提出了如何更好地优化食用菌供应链,如何建立更好的沟通体系,保证信息的对称性。可通过加大人才引进力度、建立食用菌价格传播体系、建立食用菌协会以提升菇农的意识以及加大对供应链垂直协作的宣传力度等手段优化食用菌供应链,促进食用菌菌农的垂直协作,推动行业整体发展。In recent years,due to the increasing demand for edible fungi,the competition in edible fungi market is becoming increasingly fierce.At present,the cultivation,processing and sales of edible fungi are mainly in the form of small workshops,which are characterized by small scale and not concentrated distribution,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of edible fungi industry,but also affects its development speed and efficiency.By analyzing the factors influencing the vertical cooperation mode of edible fungus farmers,this paper expounds the cooperative relationship between edible fungus farmers,and puts forward how to better optimize the edible fungus supply chain,how to establish a better communication system and ensure the symmetry of information.The supply chain of edible fungi can be optimized by means of intensifying talent introduction,establishing the price communication system of edible fungi,establishing the association of edible fungi to enhance the awareness of mushroom farmers and strengthening the publicity of vertical collaboration of the supply chain,so as to promote the vertical collaboration of edible fungi farmers and promote the overall development of the industry.
