摘  要:目的:训练C57/6J野生型小鼠进行气味诱导奖赏联合学习,探究气味诱导小鼠联合学习行为学范式的可行性。方法:将C57/6J野生型雄性小鼠按周龄从6~8、12~14、16~18、24~36依次分为4组,在头部固定情况下分别进行气味诱导奖赏联合学习行为学训练。通过分析舔水事件发生的速率等行为学指标,观察小鼠在该种行为学范式下的学习能力。结果:分析发现小鼠可在8组训练内达到行为学标准(连续2组训练正确率达到85%以上),且不同年龄组达标所用训练组数无统计学差异,提示在一定年龄范围内该种行为学范式对小鼠的学习情况影响不显著。结论:小鼠气味诱导奖赏联合学习行为学范式可用于不同年龄段的小鼠,为之后结合行为学进行神经科学领域深层机制的研究奠定了可行性基础。Objective: To explore the feasibility of the odor-induced mouse associative learning behavioral paradigm,the behavioral data of training C57/6J wild-type male mice for odor-inducing reward-seeking behavior was collected and analyzed. Methods: C57/6J wild-type male mice were divided into 4 groups according to age,then head-fixed mice were trained to conduct odor-induced reward associative learning. By analyzing behavioral indicators such as the rate of occurrence of licking events in 4 groups of mice,learning ability of the mice under this behavioral paradigm was observed. Results: As shown in the data analysis results,the mice could reach behavioral criterion(the correct rate was above 85%) within eight training sessions. In addition,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of training sessions used to reach the performance criterion in different age groups of mice,indicating that this behavioral paradigm had no significant effects on the learning of mice in a certain age range. Conclusion: This study successfully introduced a behavioral paradigm for mice associative learning,and this paradigm can be used in mice of different ages,providing an important method to study the behavioral neuroscience.
