摘 要:为了应对民航业高速发展带来的签派席位间沟通不畅,工作效率低等签派运行机制的缺陷,首先,根据飞行签派各席位的工作内容绘制了协调工作流程图,其次,利用层次分析法结合流程图建立飞行签派各席位协调配合度评估指标体系,再次,利用集对分析法和层次分析法建立飞行签派各席位协调配合度评估模型,最后利用实例对飞行签派席位间协调运行进行了分析研究,评价结果为良好,与实际相符,证明模型可以为提高飞行签派各席位协调配合度提供理论支持.In order to cope with the shortcomings of the dispatching operation mechanism brought by the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the communication between the seats was poor and the work efficiency was low.First,according to the work content of each seat of the flight dispatch,the coordination work flow chart was drawn,Second,the flight dispatch was established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)combined with the flow chart of the seats in the coordination degree evaluation index system,Third,using set pair analysis method and AHP to establish a flight dispatch each seat coordination degree evaluation model,finally using the instance to flight dispatch,this paper analyzes the coordinated operation between seats,the evaluation results is good,accords with the actual,showing the model can improve the flight dispatch each seat coordination degree to provide theoretical support.
