摘　　要：为了生产上能够最直观、最清晰的对海棠进行分类,并能通过海棠叶片的叶色和枝色推断花色,本研究以22个品种的海棠为材料,对海棠的叶色、花色和枝色通过色彩定量测定和色素定性定量分析结合的方法进行色彩研究。结果表明:在对海棠进行色彩描述时,可以采用比色卡、色差计、Photoshop CS6软件和花青素含量进行描述。使用比色卡进行描述直观且操作简便,但容易受主观影响;使用色差计测定的数值进行描述相对直观,还可以用测得的Lab值计算彩度C和色相角度h,这种方法可与比色卡结合使用;Photoshop CS6软件操作相对简单,有RGB、Lab和CMKY三种模式,其中的CMKY模式对颜色的描述最为还原;测定花青素含量的操作最为复杂,但花青素含量对海棠色彩的描述最为准确。海棠花的花青素含量与枝和叶的花青素含量呈极显著正相关,可以通过海棠叶或枝的颜色来预测花的颜色。It is important to classify the crabapple in the most intuitive and clear way in the production,and to infer the color of flowers by the color of leaves and branches of crabapple.Twenty-two species of crabapple were used as materials to study the color of leaf color,flower color and branch color by color quantitative measure combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis of pigment.The results were as follows:in the color description of crabapple,it can be described by color chart,color difference meter,Photoshop CS6 software and anthocyanin content.The use of color chart was intuitive and easy to operate,but it was subjectively affected.The value measured by the colorimeter was relatively straightforward to describe,and the measured value of Lab can be used to calculate the chroma C and hue angle h.This method can be used in combination with color chart.Photoshop CS6 software was relatively simple to operate.There are three modes in Photoshop CS6 software,namely RGB mode,Lab mode and CMKY mode.Among them,CMKY mode was the most effective to describe the color.Determination of anthocyanin content was the most complicated operation,but anthocyanin content was the most accurate description of crabapple color.The anthocyanin content of crabapple flower was significantly positively correlated with the anthocyanin content of branches and leaves,and the color of the flower was predicted by the color of the leaves or branches of the crabapple.
