摘 要:目的探讨基于"遗忘曲线"的教育方案对老年痴呆患者认知功能障碍及自我管理行为的影响.方法根据随机数字法,将80例老年痴呆患者分为对照组(常规教育)和观察组(基于"遗忘曲线"的教育方案),两组均给予时长为1年的教育训练,而后比较两组患者认知功能、自我管理行为能力和生活质量.结果与对照组相比,观察组患者教育后简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)评分明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者自我管理行为、自我管理环境、自我管理认知得分及总分均明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者生活质量评分明显增高(P<0.05).结论基于"遗忘曲线"的教育方案能够明显改善老年痴呆患者的认知功能,提高其自我管理行为能力及生活质量,值得临床推广.Objective To study the effects of health education based on forgetting curve on cognitive dysfunction and self-management behavior for patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods 80 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomized into the control group(routine education)and the observation group(health education based on forgetting curve).Both two groups were giv-en education and training for a period of one year.The cognitive function,self-management behavior,and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of mini mental state examination(MMSE)were signif-icantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of self-management behavior,self-management environment,self-management cognition and total scores were obviously increased in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score was significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education based on forgetting curve can significantly improve the cognitive function,self-management be-havior and quality of life in patients with Alzheimer's disease.
