摘  要:人体牙髓干细胞主要包括成人恒牙牙髓干细胞(hDPSCs)和儿童乳牙牙髓干细胞,它们均是源自人体牙髓组织的一类归属间充质干细胞特性的、具有高度增殖能力与多向分化潜能的成体干细胞.因其来源丰富、获取方便,作为未来组织工程领域的候选种子细胞备受重视和关注.继研究发现牙髓干细胞有形成牙本质样结构的特性后,越来越多的体内外实验证实,在体外特定诱导培养条件下牙髓干细胞还可向骨、软骨、脂肪、神经、血管、肌肉、黏膜上皮等方向分化,且具备其相应的组织生物学特征,并已逐渐被证实牙髓干细胞在抗衰老医学、组织工程及再生医学领域有着广阔应用前景.本文将围绕近年来学者对人体牙髓干细胞的多向分化潜能及其研究机制、应用进展进行综述.Human dental pulp stem cells(hDPSCs)mainly consist of permanent dental pulp stem cells and deciduous dental pulp stem cells,which belong to mesenchymal stem cells and have high proliferation and multidirectional differentiation poten-tial.Because of their abundant resources and easy access,they have attracted much attention as candidate seed cells in the field of tissue engineering.Following the discovery that dental pulp stem cells have the characteristics of forming dentin-like structures,many experiments have confirmed that DPSCs can also differentiate into bone,cartilage,fat,nerve,blood vessel,muscle and muco-sal epithelium under specific culture conditions in vitro,and possess corresponding biological characteristics.It has been proved that DPSCs have broad application prospects in anti-aging medicine,tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.In this paper,the mechanism and application of multidirectional differentiation potential of hDPSCs are reviewed.
