摘 要:目的总结磁共振成像(MRI)在评估胰腺外分泌功能中的应用现状及相关进展。方法对近年来有关MRI在胰腺外分泌功能评估领域中应用的相关文献进行分析并总结。结果多种MRI技术用于检测胰腺外分泌功能,除了常规的MRI技术以外,还有胰泌素刺激的MRI、基于空间选择反转恢复脉冲的电影(动态)胆胰管水成像等。结论MRI新技术具有对胰腺外分泌功能进行半定量和定量评估的潜力。Objective To summarize the application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the evaluation of pancreatic exocrine function.Method In this paper,we reviewed and summarized the related literatures about the application of MRI in the field of pancreatic exocrine function evaluation in recent years.Results A variety of MRI techniques could be used to detect the pancreatic exocrine function.In addition to conventional MRI techniques,there were also MRI stimulated by pancreatic secretions,cine(dynamic)cholangiopancreatography based on space selective reverse recovery pulse,and so on.Conclusion The new MRI techniques have potential for semi-quantitative and quantitative evaluation of pancreatic exocrine function.
