摘　　要：目的总结植物化学物质对乙醇性肝病的预防及治疗作用的研究进展及其在临床中可能的应用价值。方法对目前国内外有关植物化学物质对乙醇性肝病预防及治疗作用研究的相关文献进行综述。结果植物化学物质可以通过减少炎症反应、减弱氧化应激、改善脂质代谢等多个方面来发挥预防及治疗乙醇性肝病的作用,具有多靶点的优势。结论植物化学物质在预防及治疗乙醇性肝病领域具有一定的作用。Objective To summarize the research progress of phytochemicals in the prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver disease and its possible clinical application value. Method The current literatures about the preventive and therapeutic effects of phytochemicals on alcoholic liver disease at home and abroad were reviewed. Results Phytochemicals could prevent and treat alcoholic liver disease by reducing inflammation, reducing oxidative stress, and improving lipid metabolism. They had the advantage of multi-targets. Conclusion Phytochemicals play an important role in the prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver disease, and it also lay a solid foundation for translational medicine.
