摘　　要：巩固脱贫成果具有极为重要的现实意义,只能搞真脱贫不能搞虚假脱贫。强化法治是实现民族地区精准脱贫的关键,产业发展是民族地区脱贫不返贫的根本,告别贫穷是民族地区提供的反贫困经验。民族地区精准脱贫存在的主要问题是:精准脱贫的立法缺位,精准脱贫的权利缺失,精准脱贫的权力失范。巩固民族地区脱贫成果的法治举措是:必须在制度上持续发力,在法治化上狠下功夫,运用法治思维化解社会矛盾。Consolidating the results of poverty alleviation has extremely important practical significance.It can only engage in real poverty alleviation and cannot engage in poverty alleviation.Strengthening the rule of law is the key to accurately poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,and industrial development is the fundamental to poverty alleviation without returning to poverty in ethnic areas.Bidding farewell to poverty is the anti-poverty experience provided by ethnic areas.The main problems of precisepoverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas are:lack of legislation of precise poverty alleviation,lack of right of precise poverty alleviation,and lack of power of precise poverty alleviation.The rule of law measures to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas are as follows:we must continue to make efforts in the system,make great efforts in the rule of law,and use the rule of law thinking to resolve social conflicts.
