摘  要:目的:探讨0.01%阿托品滴眼液联合角膜塑形镜在控制青少年近视进展中的效果。方法:选取2017年1—12月就诊于广东省佛山市第二人民医院眼科中心的60例(120眼)青少年近视患者,按随机数字表法分为框架眼镜组、单纯角膜塑形眼镜组和0.01%阿托品滴眼液联合角膜塑形镜治疗(联合治疗)组,每组20例。比较3组治疗前、后患眼屈光度和眼轴长度。结果:治疗12个月后,单纯角膜塑形眼镜组和联合治疗组患眼屈光度及其治疗前、后差值均明显小于框架眼镜组,且联合治疗组屈光度治疗前、后差值显著小于单纯角膜塑形眼镜组(P<0.05)。3组治疗12个月后的眼轴长度均较治疗前无明显差异(均P>0.05),但治疗前、后差值比较,单纯角膜塑形眼镜组和联合治疗组明显小于框架眼镜组,且联合治疗组明显小于单纯角膜塑形眼镜组(均P<0.05)。结论:0.01%阿托品滴眼液联合角膜塑形镜在控制青少年近视进展中的效果显著,具有推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of 0.01%atropine eye drops combined with corneal shaping mirror on juvenile myopia.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,a total of 60 cases(120 eyes)of juvenile myopia patients in our hospital were selected,and were divided into frame glasses group,cornea shaping mirror group,and 0.01%atropine eye drops combined with corneal shaping mirror(combined-treatment)group,with 20 cases in each group.The diopter and axial length of eyes were compared.Results:The diopter at 12 months post-treatment and the variance of diopter in pre-and post-treatment in cornea shaping mirror group and combined-treatment group were significantly lower than those in frame glasses group(P<0.05),and the diopter change was the lowest in combined-treatment group(P<0.05).The variance in pre-and post-treatment axial length was similar in all groups(P>0.05),and it was the lowest in combined-treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:0.01%atropine eye drops combined with corneal shaping mirror was significantly effective in the treatment of juvenile myopia.
