摘　　要：以精品课程建设为主线,阐述了齐齐哈尔大学色谱分析精品课程建设的历程.通过加强师资队伍建设,优化课程体系,不断更新并合理安排教学内容,积极进行教材建设,改革教学手段,开展MOOC教学,将教师科研融入到教学中等诸多途径,进行了课程的教学建设与改革,收到了较好的教学效果.Take the excellent course construction as main line,the course of chromatographic analysis excellent course construction in Qiqihar University was expounded.By strengthening the teaching staff construction,optimizing the curriculum system,constantly updating and rationally arranging the teaching content,actively carrying out the teaching materials construction,reforming teaching methods,carrying out MOOC teaching and integrating teachers'research into teaching,the course teaching was constructed and reformed and a good teaching effect was received.
