牛黄宁宫片联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨牛黄宁宫片联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月~2018年10月自贡市精神卫生中心治疗的精神分裂症患者100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上增用牛黄宁宫片。比较两组临床疗效、精神病症状、抑郁情况、生活质量、相关血清学指标、不良反应。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗6周后阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-17)评分升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗6周后神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论牛黄宁宫片联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症,效果明确,可有效改善患者血清NSE、S100β、BDNF水平,且不增加机体不良反应发生率,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Niuhuang Ninggong Tablets combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods One hundred schizophrenic patients admitted to Sichuan Province Zigong Mental Health Center from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected. They were divided into control group and study group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with Aripiprazole, while the study group was added Niuhuang Ninggong Tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, psychiatric symptoms, depression, quality of life, related serological indicator and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the score of positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) in the two groups were decreased, while those in the study group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the score of general quality of life inventory-17(GQOLI-17) was increased, while the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the Neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and S100β protein in the two groups were decreased, while the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) was increased, while the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).
