血塞通联合非洛贝特治疗急性脂源性胰腺炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血塞通在急性脂源性胰腺炎临床中的应用效果。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治急性脂源性胰腺炎患者61例,分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组加用血塞通联合治疗。比较两组患者免疫指标水平、临床疗效及生活质量。结果:试验组免疫指标水平改善情况、临床疗效、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通在急性脂源性胰腺炎临床应用中效果显著,联合非洛贝特治疗可快速降低血脂,改善症状,促进患者康复,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xue Sai Tong in the treatment of acute lipogenic pancreatitis.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,61 patients with acute lipogenic pancreatitis were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment,the experimental group added Xue Sai Tong treatment.We compared the immune index,clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the improvement of immune index was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xue Sai Tong in the treatment of acute lipogenic pancreatitis was significant,combined with felofibrate,it can rapidly reduce blood lipid,improve symptoms,promote rehabilitation and improve quality of life.
