摘　　要：目的:探讨18F-FDG PTE/CT在非小细胞肺癌纵隔N2淋巴结清扫术中的临床应用价值。方法:2016年3月-2018年4月收治非小细胞肺癌患者80例,进行CT及18F-FDG PET/CT检查,对比两种检查方法对N2淋巴转移检出情况。结果:18F-FDG PET/CT检查准确性、灵敏度、特异度显著高于单一CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者通过18F-FDG PET/CT检查可有效判断有无纵隔N2淋巴结转移,具有较高应用价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical value of 18F-FDG PTE/CT in mediastinal N2 lymph node dissection of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected from March 2016 to April 2016.CT examination and 18F-FDG PET/CT examination were performed to compare the detection of N2 lymphatic metastasis by two methods.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of 18F-FDG PET/CT examination were significantly higher than single CT examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:18F-FDG PET/CT can effectively determine the presence or absence of mediastinal N2 lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which has high application value.
