摘 要:目的研究前馈控制结合躯干训练对小儿脑瘫运动功能的影响。方法选取2016年8月~2017年12月我院脑瘫患儿40例为研究对象,根据电脑随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组20例,分别行常规躯干训练和前馈控制结合躯干训练,对比两组各功能指标和家属满意度。结果观察组脑瘫患儿治疗后BBS(47.89±1.08)分、GMFM(32.48±1.62)分、FMA(22.09±1.51)分、MBI(82.98±1.77)分,相比对照组更具有优势(P<0.05)。观察组脑瘫患儿家属满意度(95.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制结合躯干训练对小儿脑瘫运动功能具有重要影响,值得研究。Objective To study the effects of feedforward control combined with trunk training on motor function in pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 40 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random computer distribution, with 20 cases in each group, and were treated with routine trunk training and feedforward control combined with trunk training. The functional indicators and family satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results BBS(47.89±1.08), GMFM(32.48±1.62), FMA(22.09±1.51), and MBI(82.98±1.77) in the observation group were superior to those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Feed-forward control combined with trunk training has an important impact on motor function in pediatric cerebral palsy, which is worthy of study.
