初发急性白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨初发急性白血病患者外周血中相关T淋巴细胞亚群表达情况。方法选取2017年2月2019年3月于我院诊治的34例初发急性白血病患者作为研究对象(试验组),选择同期于我院体检的34例健康体检者作为对照组。检测两组外周血中相关T淋巴细胞亚群指标,对两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10进行比较。结果试验组初发急性白血病患者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平分别为(61.20±4.64)%、(30.53±3.70)%和(1.02±0.23),均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而试验组初发急性白血病患者CD8^+水平为(44.14±3.50)%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组初发急性白血病患者IL-2为(11.60±1.13)pg/m L、IFN-γ为(23.25±2.50)pg/m L,均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组初发急性白血病患者IL-4、IL-10分别为(41.36±3.50)pg/m L和(34.50±2.75)pg/m L,均明显高于照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初发急性白血病患者外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、IL-2、IFN-γ表达下降,CD8^+、IL-4、IL-10表达提升。Objective To evaluate the expression of related T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with newly diagnosed acute leukemia.Methods Thirty-four patients with initial acute leukemia treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the experiment group and 34 healthy subjects admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Relevant T lymphocyte subsets in the peripheral blood of the two groups were detected.The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IL-2,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+levels of the experiment group were(61.20±4.64)%,(30.53±3.70)% and(1.02±0.23),respectively,which were all significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The CD8^+level of the experiment group was(44.14±3.50)%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The IL-2 and IFN-γ levels of the experiment group were(11.60±1.13) pg/mL and(23.25±2.50) pg/mL,which were all significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The IL-4 and IL-10 levels of the experiment group were(41.36±3.50) pg/mL and(34.50±2.75) pg/mL,respectively,which were all significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IL-2 and IFN-γ decreases and the expression of CD8^+,IL-4 and IL-10 increases in the peripheral blood of patients with initial acute leukemia.
