高校体育课选项与项群分类、会能度、卡路里消耗之关系研究

摘　　要：项群分类、会能度、卡路里消耗均为各运动项目的内在本质表现,为更好促进体育选项课的开展,通过逻辑分析、卡方检验以及斯皮尔曼相关分析等方法,对高校体育课选项与三者的关系进行了研究,结果显示:(1)不同项群分类的运动项目的选择具有显著的性别差异;(2)不同性别学生选项与运动项目会能度之间存在显著相关关系;(3)体育课选项与运动项目卡路里消耗之间不存在明显相关关系。在对研究结果进行分析与讨论的基础上,提出了深入项群理论在教学领域中的移植与改造、加强对于会能度横向与纵向的研究、提高卡路里消耗计算装备的精确性等建议。Event group classification,difficulty degree,calorie consumption are the intrinsic nature of various sports performances.In order to better promote the development of PE optional course,this paper studies the relation between the option of physical education and the three parts in colleges and universities through logical analysis,chi-square test and Spearman correlation analysis.Conclusion:(1)The selection of sports items classified by differenterent groups has significant gender differences;(2)There is a significant correlation between the different gender college students'options and the difficulty degree of exercise;(3)There is no significant correlation between the option of physical education and the calorie consumption of sports.On the basis of analysis and discussion on the results,the paper puts forward the suggestions for transplanting and transformating the event group theory in the field of teaching,strengthing the study of difficulty degree horizontally and vertically,and improving the accuracy of calorie consumption calculation equipment.
