机用镍钛器械与手用镍钛扩大锉在牙根管治疗患者的临床对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨机用镍钛器械与手用镍钛扩大锉在牙根管治疗中的临床效果。方法选择2018年1—12月行牙根管治疗的患者58例(58颗患牙)作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=29)和观察组(n=29)。对照组给予手用镍钛扩大锉治疗,观察组给予机用镍钛器械治疗,采用咬合力测定仪完成患者咬合力测定;采用称重法完成咀嚼效率评估两组治疗前、治疗后1个月咀嚼效率,比较两组咀嚼功能及治疗后疼痛情况。结果观察组治疗后1年咬合力为(145.62±13.59)lbs、咀嚼效率为(92.58±7.61)%,均高于对照组咬合力为(114.59±10.94)lbs、咀嚼效率为(70.35±6.34)%(t=15.389、12.481,P>0.05);观察组治治疗后感染、根尖肿胀、疼痛、牙龈出血总发生率为10.34%,均低于对照组51.72%(χ^2=5.386,P=0.039)。结论机用镍钛器械与手用镍钛扩大锉在牙根管治疗中相比,机用镍钛器械行根管治疗所用的时间更少,有更好地填充效果,患者在治疗后患牙疼痛的发生率更低,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of nickel-titanium instrument for machine and nickel-titanium for hand in the treatment of root canal.Methods A total of 58 patients(58 teeth)who underwent root canal therapy from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.The random number table was divided into control group(n=29)and observation group(n=29).The control group was treated with nickel-titanium expanded sputum,the observation group was given with machine-made nickel-titanium instrument,and the bite force was measured by the bite force tester.The chewing efficiency was evaluated by weighing method.The two groups of chew efficiency before treatment and one month after treatment,comparing the chewing function of the two groups and the pain after treatment.Results The occlusal force of the observation group was(145.62±13.59)lbs and the chewing efficiency was(92.58±7.61)%,which was higher than the control group(114.59±10.94)lbs and the chewing efficiency was(70.35±6.34)%(t=15.389,12.481,P>0.05);the total incidence of infection,apical swelling,pain,and gingival bleeding after treatment was 10.34%,which was lower than that of the control group(51.72%)(χ^2=5.386,P=0.039).Conclusion Compared with the use of nickel-titanium implants for the treatment of root canal,the machine uses nickel-titanium instruments for root canal treatment with less time and better filling effect.Patients have teeth after treatment.The incidence of pain is lower and it is worth promoting.
