网络化时代的信息主义精神——来自互联网公益领域的经验

摘　　要：在卡斯特的信息时代三部曲中,"信息主义精神"是一个极具学术生命力,但尚未引起足够重视的概念。它既可以从韦伯的经典历史概念"资本主义精神"中汲取营养,又能够在当下鲜活的经验事实中找到抓手。互联网公益发展的二十余年中,有两个绵亘较久且悬而未决的论争--技术是否向善和公益是否向右,拆解其中涉及的结构、行动者、技术、认同等要素,有利于解码信息主义精神。技术至上主义在文化符码的嬗变中上升又跌落,是由于信息主义精神植根于社会结构之中,偏向性的情感认同、拉锯中的网络信任、纠葛中的价值归属是其流变的一波三折;而互动中的意义之争是信息主义精神的存在形式,层级化的行动者在其中争夺"互动者"的位置。作为网络化社会中的核心价值,信息主义精神研究还有很长的路要走:识别传统有助于锚定信息主义精神的位置,而重建理论则是技术迷思中的重要救赎。In the trilogy of the information age of Castel,the "the spirit of informationalism"is a concept that is extremely academically active but has not yet received sufficient attention. It can not only draw nutrition from Weber’s classic historical concept "the spirit of capitalism",but also find a grasp in the current experience.In the 20 years of internet public welfare development,there have been two long-standing and unresolved debates: whether technology is good or not,and whether the public interest is right. Technological supremacy rises and falls in the transformation of cultural codes,because of the spirit of informationism rooted in the social structure. The biased emotional identity,the network trust in the sawing,and the value attribution in the entanglement are the twists and turns of its transformation. And the meaning dispute in interaction is the form of its existence. As a core value in the network society,there is still a long way to go in the study of the spirit of informationalism: identifying traditions can help target its location,and reconstructing theory is an important redemption in technical myths.
