摘　　要：目的探讨自拟扶正升白汤辨证治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的效果,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取2017年10月至2018年9月在宝鸡市中心医院妇科接受化疗的100例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组接受常规化疗,3周为一个化疗周期,连续治疗两个周期。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上接受自拟扶正升白汤辨证治疗,3周为一个疗程,治疗两个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后恶性肿瘤的改善率以及治疗前后的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、粒巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及卡氏评分的变化,并统计两组患者的毒副反应情况。结果观察组患者恶性肿瘤的改善率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-2水平均明显升高,且观察组为(11.25±3.02)ng/mL,明显高于对照组的(8.23±2.12)ng/mL,GM-CSF水平明显降低,且观察组为(1.02±0.21)ng/mL,明显低于对照组的(1.34±0.33)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板均明显降低,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的卡氏评分均明显升高,且观察组为(79.23±5.78)分,明显高于对照组的(72.12±5.02)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的毒性反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的26.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟扶正升白汤剂辨证治疗妇科恶性肿瘤后化疗患者效果显著,其可减轻患者骨髓抑制状况,抑制外周血细胞下降,提高免疫力及患者生存质量,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of self-made Fuzheng Shengbai Decoction in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients of gynecological cancer undergoing chemotherapy from October2017 to September 2018 in Baoji Central Hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,3 weeks for a chemotherapy cycle,for two consecutive cycles.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group received self-made Fuzheng Shengbai Decoction for syndrome differentiation treatment,three weeks as a course,for two courses.The improvement rate of malignant tumor,the changes of interleukin-2(IL-2),granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF),white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT),and Karnofsky performance score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the side effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The improvement rate of malignant tumors in the observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than 68.0%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 of the two groups were both significantly increased,and the level was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group:(11.25±3.02)ng/mL vs(8.23±2.12)ng/mL,P<0.05;the GM-CSF level was both significantly decreased,and the level in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group:(1.02±0.21)ng/mL vs(1.34±0.33)ng/mL,P<0.05.After treatment,the white blood cells,hemoglobin,and platelets of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Karnofsky performance score of the two groups were both significantly inc
