摘　　要：目的探讨血管基质组分(SVF)辅助自体脂肪移植在颞部凹陷修复中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月至2018年3月在西安高新医院医疗美容科治疗的60例颞部凹陷患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组使用自体脂肪移植治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用SVF进行辅助治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、手术指标、患者满意度以及并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的手术次数、脂肪填充总量分别为(1.43±0.46)次、(17.69±6.95)mL,明显低于对照组的(1.98±0.92)次、(26.61±10.68)mL,而颞部二维测量提升率、颞部凹陷评分改善度分别为(32.41±7.15)%、(2.52±0.76)分,明显高于对照组的(27.07±8.19)%、(2.06±0.73)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对治疗的满意率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的面部感染、移位、疼痛、膨胀总发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SVF辅助自体脂肪移植在颞部凹陷修复中可有效改善患者手术指标,降低并发症发生率,患者对治疗的满意率高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application of stromal vascular fraction(SVF) in repairing temporal depression, and to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with temporal depression, who admitted to Department of Medical Plastic Surgery of Xi’an High Tech Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018, were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with autologous fat transplantation, and the observation group was treated with SVF in addition to the treatment of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, surgical indicators, patient satisfaction, and complication rate in two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the number of operations and the total amount of fat filling in the observation group were(1.43±0.46) times,(17.69±6.95) m L, respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding(1.98±0.92) times and(26.61±10.68) m L in the control group(P<0.05);while the improvement rate of twodimensional temporal measurement and temporal depression score were(32.41±7.15)%,(2.52±0.76) points, respectively, which were significantly higher than corresponding(27.07 ± 8.19)% and(2.06 ± 0.73) points the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of facial infection, displacement, pain and swelling in the observation group was6.67%, which was significantly lower than 30.00% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Angelica SVF assisted autologous fat transplantation has a significant effect in the repair of temporal depression, which can effectively improve the surgical indicators of patients and reduce complications.
