摘 要:从车辆设计及系统动力学参数优化的角度出发探索分析了优化APM车辆导向性能的方法。首先对APM车辆结构进行分析,在此基础之上建立APM车辆动力学仿真模型;然后对APM车辆系统动力学参数进行灵敏度分析,筛选出对APM车辆导向力矩影响显著的参数;最后运用ADAMS与modeFRONTIER联合对APM车辆导向力矩进行优化分析。优化结果表明:在满足给定约束条件下,当空气弹簧垂向刚度、垂向油压减震器刚度、走行轮垂向刚度、走行轮侧偏刚度、导向轮径向刚度达到最优解时,APM车辆导向力矩降低了14.96%~28.15%,APM车辆的导向性能得到了有效提高。From the perspective of vehicle design and optimization of system dynamics parameters,a method for optimizing the guidance performance of APM vehicles was explored and analyzed.Firstly,the structure of the APM vehicle was analyzed.On this basis,the APM vehicle dynamic simulation models were established.Then,the sensitivity analysis of the system dynamics parameters of the APM vehicle was performed,and the parameters that had significant influence on the steering torque of the APM vehicle were selected.Finally,the ADAMS and modeFRONTIER were combined to optimize the steering torque of the APM vehicle.The optimization results show that under the given constraints,when the vertical stiffness of the air spring,the stiffness of vertical oil damper,the vertical stiffness of the running wheel,the side-bias stiffness of the running wheel,and the radial stiffness of the guide wheel reach the optimal solution,the steering torque of the APM vehicle is reduced by 14.96%~28.15%,and the steering performance of the APM vehicle has been effectively improved.
