摘　　要：本文根据零售商公平关切信息非对称性和动态演进特征将供应链信息结构分为4个演进过程,并采用逆向归纳法求解各个过程中供应链主观效率和客观效率、以“公平熵”计算供应链主观公平度和客观公平度,从主观与客观两个维度研究供应链公平关切信息动态演进对供应链系统效率和公平度的影响机理。研究得出:供应链效率和公平度都依赖于零售商公平关切强度,且供应链客观公平度总是不低于主观公平度;虽然零售商公平关切行为能起到供应链“利润分配机制”的作用,但零售商公平关切信息非对称性使得供应链不能兼顾效率和公平;处于供应链主导地位的供应商应该降低批发价格让利给零售商、帕累托改进双方利润,最终改进供应链整体效率和公平度。According to the rationality degree of retailer and information completeness of fairness concern,the information structure of supply chain can be divided into four processes,and the reverse induction method is used to compute the subjective and objective efficiency of supply chain in each process,and the“fair entropy”is introduced to calculate the subjective and objective fairness degree of supply chain so as to analyze how the asymmetric fairness information affect the dynamic change of supply chain efficiency and fairness degree in terms of subjective and objective dimensions.The results show that the efficiency and fairness degree of supply chain depend on the retailer’s fairness concern intensity,and the objective fairness degree of supply chain are not lower than the subjective fairness degree;Although the retailer’s fairness concern can play the role of“profit distribution mechanism”in the supply chain,the retailer’s fairness concern behavior and asymmetry information make the supply chain unable to give consideration to efficiency and fairness;the supplier in the leading position of supply chain should reduce the wholesale price to give profits to retailer,Pareto improving bilateral profits,and thus the overall efficiency and fairness degree of supply chain.
