摘  要:本文针对深水合成基钻井液技术难题,提出深水合成基钻井液恒流变特性调控机理与方法,在热力学不稳定的油包水钻井液体系中,采用分子动力学模拟设计分子结构降低非键作用力的影响,研制同时具备流型调节和高效乳化功能的深水乳化剂,并构建了深水恒流变合成基钻井液。钻井液体系已在我国南海西部超深水井中取得成功应用,具有较好的推广应用价值。This paper focuses on the technical difficulties of deepwater synthetic-based drilling fluid.The mechanism and method of flat-rheology control of deepwater synthetic-based drilling fluid were proposed.Molecular dynamics simulations were used to design molecular structures to reduce the influence of non-bonding forces in thermodynamically unstable oil-in-water drilling fluid system.The high-efficiency emulsifier for deepwater synthetic-based drilling fluid were developed which flow pattern regulation and efficient emulsification are provided together.The flat-rehology synthetic-based drilling fluid was optimized.The new drilling fluid system successfully applied in the ultra-deepwater well of the western South China Sea and has good popularization using value.
