摘 要:目的分析PBL联合CBL模式在急救医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月-2018年1月在本院急诊科参加住院医师规范化培训时学生共60人,随机分为2组,一组为进行传统模式教学的对照组,另一组为采用PBL联合CBL模式教学的实验组,规范化培训结束后进行理论和临床综合能力考核,并问卷调查评价教学方式,进行统计学分析。结果PBL联合CBL教学模式与传统教学模式相比,学生理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),临床综合能力成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学生教学模式的评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式有利于提高急救医学住院医师规范化培训教学效果,有利于激发了学习的兴趣和主动性,适合在急救医学住院医师规范化培训中推广。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning method(PBL)combined with case-based learning method(CBL)teaching mode in emergency resident standardized training.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,60 residents in the department of emergency were selected as research materials,all of whom participated in standardized training.All of them were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given the traditional teaching method,and the observation group was giving the teaching model of PBL combined with CBL.After the standardized training,the comprehensive ability of theory and clinical was assessed,the teaching methods were also evaluated by questionnaire,and statistical analysis was carried out in the two groups.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,theoretical test scores were not increased in PBL combined CBL teaching group(P>0.05).However,the scores of clinical comprehensive ability in the PBL combined CBL teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).And the evaluation results of questionnaire were statistically different among the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching mode is conducive to improve the teaching effect of standardized training of emergency medical residents,stimulate the interest and initiative of learning,and is suitable for promotion in standardized training of emergency medical residents.
