摘 要:目的探讨OSCE对医学毕业生临床能力的训练考评效果。方法将本医学院校2018届的248例本科毕业生按照随机数字表法随机分成研究组(124例)与对照组(124例),对照组采用常规的考评方法,研究组则对学生实施OSCE的考评模式,对两组学生的理论与实践考核能力进行评价,同时评价学生对考核的满意度情况。结果研究组医学生理论知识及技能考评得分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组医学生对考核的总满意率为95.96%,显著高于对照组83.87%的总满意率(P <0.05)。结论在医学毕业生临床能力考核中,应用OSCE模式,可以显著提高考核效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of OSCE on clinical competence training of medical graduates. Methods The medical colleges and schools of the class of 2018, 248 cases of undergraduate course graduate according to random number table method were randomly divided into research group(124 cases) and control group(124 cases), and control group adopted conventional evaluation methods while the research team implemented the OSCE assessment model for student, evaluated the two groups of students’ ability in theory and practice of appraisal, and evaluated the assessment of satisfaction of the student. Results Scores of theoretical knowledge and skills of medical students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of medical students in the study group was 95.96%, significantly higher than that of the control group which total satisfaction rate was 83.87%(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of OSCE mode in clinical competence assessment of medical graduates can significantly improve the assessment effect, which is worth popularizing.
