摘　　要：目的初步解析美国整形外科住院医师培训制度,找出我国整形外科住院医师规范化培训与发达国家间存在的差别,对改进我国现行的整形外科住院医师规范化培训制度,从而提高培训的水平提出合理化建议。方法通过临床参观和访问学者对美国纽约纪念斯隆凯特琳癌症中心整形外科和肯塔基大学整形外科住院医师培训进行近距离观察与了解,将美国的整形外科住院医师培训与我国现行整形外科规范化培训进行对比。结果美国整形外科住院医师培训的体系与中国对应的规范化培训体系间存在较大差异。结论美国整形外科住院医师培训在时间规划、财务支持和培训要求等方面值得学习和借鉴。Objective To make a brief introduction of plastic surgery project of residency in the United States, find out the differences of resident fostering and training project between China and the United States and to give some rational proposals for improvement of plastic residency program in China. Methods Through clinical visited and visiting scholars, the training of orthopedic residents in New York Memorial Sloan Caitlin Cancer Center and University of Kentucky was observed and understood at close range, and the training of orthopedic residents in the United States was compared with the current training of orthopedic standardization in China. Results There exists tremendous differences on plastic residents fostering and training project between two countries. Conclusion The timing management, financial supporting and milestone of residency project in the United States are worthy using as references for our plastic graduate medical education for resident.
